Even with proper use, handling electronic measurement equipment involves certain risks.- Before using this equipment, read and follow all warnings and safety instructions provided in this manual.
- Do not allow children to operate or handle this equipment.
- Inspect the equipment before use. Check for damaged cables, connectors, or loose components. If the equipment appears damaged or malfunctioning, discontinue use and contact technical support.
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and within the electrical limits specified in the datasheet.
- Do not remove safety or identification labels from the equipment. Replace labels if they become damaged or illegible.
Warning symbol explanation

The warning icon indicates that the maximum input voltage is 1 Vpp when using the Active Differential Probe without any accessory. When the Divider by 10 Adapter is connected, the maximum allowable input voltage increases to 10 Vpp.
Safety instructions
The instrument conforms to the European standards EN 61010-1 and IEC 61010-1, respectively.
Further Safety Informations
To avoid personal injury and to prevent fire or damage to this product or products connected to it, review and comply with the following safety precautions. Be aware that if you use this probe assembly in a manner not specified the protection this product provides may be impaired.
- Only qualified personnel should use this probe assembly.
- Use only grounded instruments.
- Connect the probe output to the measurement instrument before connecting the probe to the circuit under test. Disconnect the probe inputs from the circuit under test before disconnecting the probe from the measurement instrument.
- Do not apply any electrical potential to the probe input which exceeds the maximum ratings of the probe
- Keep away from live circuits.
- Avoid open circuitry. Do not touch connections or components when power is present
- Do not operate with suspected failures.
- Repair only by qualified service personnel.
- Indoor use only.
- Do not operate in wet/damp environment.
- Keep product surfaces dry and clean.
- Do not operate the product in an explosive atmosphere.
Operating conditions
The permissible operating temperature is 0 °C to +50 °C. During transport and storage, the temperature may be –20 °C to +70 °C. In case of condensation after transport it is necessary to dry the probe for at least 2 hrs. prior to operation. Operate only in clean, dry rooms.
Warranty and Safety
Our instruments undergo rigorous quality controls. Before leaving the manufacturing site, each instrument is subjected to a 10-hour burn-in test, followed by comprehensive functional quality testing to verify all operating modes and ensure compliance with specified technical data. These tests are conducted with equipment calibrated to national standards. Warranty provisions are governed by the laws of the country where the product was purchased. For any complaints, please contact your supplier.

The product should only be opened by authorized and qualified personnel. Before working on or opening the product, disconnect it from the AC supply network to avoid the risk of electric shock. Adjustments, part replacements, maintenance, and repairs should only be performed by authorized technical personnel. Use only original parts for replacing safety-relevant components (e.g., power switches, power transformers, fuses). After replacing safety-relevant parts, always perform a safety test, including visual inspection, PE conductor test, insulation resistance measurement, leakage current measurement, and functional test. This ensures the continued safety of the product.
Cleaning the Probe
Disconnect the probe and clean it gently with a soft cloth. Ensure the probe is completely dry before reconnecting it. Avoid abrasive cleaners and chemicals containing benzene or similar solvents.
Care of the Probe
Handle the probe with care and refer to the safety notices in this manual. The probe cable is delicate, so avoid damaging it by excessive bending or pulling. Mechanical shocks to the product should also be avoided to ensure accurate performance and protection.
